There is one recruitment period each semester. During the fall semester this typically occurs around September-October, and during the spring, during January-March.
Prospective members must attend at least 1 rush event to be considered. These events are fun ways to get to meet the brothers. In the past, events have included ice cream socials, casino nights, and sledding. After attending a rush event, potential members seeking to join the Mu Pi Chapter must attend Meet the Brothers, a professional event where they will be interviewed and ultimately chosen to be or not to be accepted as a pledge.
